2. Order Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
3. Packaging
All wines are shipped in specialised packaging designed to protect fragile bottles. For orders of 6 or more bottles, we use reinforced cardboard boxes with individual dividers. Our packaging is 100% recyclable.
4. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website. For any questions about your delivery, contact us at info@mercado46.com.
5. Returns & Incidents
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mercado46.com with a photo of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Temperature Control
During summer months (June–September), for shipments outside Málaga province, we recommend scheduling deliveries for early morning slots. We are not responsible for quality deterioration due to extreme temperatures during transit outside our control.
